Jacob = the black bald guy, has to be it. Or a close 2nd the dude that meets locke when he's a kid.

The dude that meets him was Richard. And I thiiiink that he might have gone and met him, because Locke told him to in episode 3. I think that would be pretty neat. Ooooooor, maybe Locke is Jacob ! =o
