How does it only get 60% of the vote? Why do 40% of the people to *prefer* state-run liquor stores? Obviously there's a handful of people employed by those stores that will be out of jobs, but 40%??

btw in ontario the only place to get liquor at is the LCBO ( liquor control board of ontario ) they also sell beer. But most often you go to the Beer Store (tm) and get beer.


Quebec on the otherhand has vending machine that provide beer in public schools
