Definition: munge

Sometimes when I'm typing up emails, etc, I'll look up a word to make sure it means what I think it means. Today's case was the word "munge", which I thought was used in the tech world to mean something along the lines of 'manipulate', 'process', etc.

m-w.com is usually my goto source for this kind of stuff, but it came up blank, so for god-knows-what-reason I checked urban-dictionary.com -- almost to my immediate regret:

munge
