All you do is sign up / click "gates of hell icon on page / apply.

Apparently when you apply you have a 50/50 chance for beta.

Closed beta starts june 3rd

Looks like it's just them bringing back hellgate london, I thought it was hellgate a new PC game. Doesn't look like it.
