I would probably shell out the dough if I needed something to play right now. Gonna wait till it's half price or less. Evil within so close!

Am I correct saying its Dark Souls/Witcher style?

I hear it has assassin's creed code / plays like a batman game.

I've watched a lot of streams since I've been seeing the same high ratings as you, but I haven't been super impressed with what I've seen. All of the environments and missions look exactly the same -- there's no variety. It's also really short apparently -- only about 10 hours to finish the main story. Kinda disappointing since I was originally looking forward to this game.

This is the game Torch is working on. He said it is pretty good. He was on WoW about a month ago.

Wow, didn't even know Torch was in game development. Ok, in that case I'll probably give SoM a shot this weekend.

I dusted off the PS4 and picked it up the other day, so far it has been pretty fun. Hope to spend some quality time ignoring the kids and playing this weekend.
