Since it was mentioned it in another thread... a new "developer interview" for Echo of Souls was released today:

I dunno, still looks like the world's most generic mmo. They say the level cap is where the game "truly begins", and then say "At that point, the focus of the game switches to exploring the world and finding the best gear." /snore

With the exception of no dedicated healers, I'm still not seeing anything novel about this game. I'm sure it's a lot of fun and popular in the same way that WoW is. But I can't see anyone switching from whatever they're currently invested in to play EoS.
