Can't find anything I can personally attest to. The second mobo would be good if you want to pick up other components or just save some cash overall. Otherwise, that first board is a beast - only reason I mentioned another mobo was because I'm so happy with mine.

From what you describe, the sound on the stock CPU HSF should be fine.

Beyond that, you seem good to go provided you're covered on the standard stuff (OS, cables, etc.).
