Computer's asshole fucked 7 ways to sunday

So, my computer was fucking up like crazy, so I reformatted it. Now none of this shit works, i am getting audio errors like a mother fucker and WOW won't install. I think this is God's asshole way of telling me I need a new computer. What out right now is a must get? I haven't really been following stuff, so are there some must have purchases for things like motherboards and shit? If someone wants to post things i should get, do it. I am pissed off.
