Curator Tips plz!

Having a bit of trouble with the The Curator, healers seem to run out of mana extremely fast, and the chain is really doing a number on us, and simple tips could be super effective im sure. So im interested in hearing what people have to say, also how detremental is it to have everyone besides MT stacked on Arcane Resist, ive heard mixed opinions, any number we should shoot for? For curator:

We have MT on curator obviously, Have any melee dps ( usually a rogue and a warrior) immediately kill the adds. Assign a priest to heal the melee taking dmg from adds. 2 healers on MT. Have ranged help burn adds. Curator, melee hop on him when he weakens.
