so i hadn't seen anything really since gurren lagann, and have been feeling like checking out a good anime for a while now...

bought samurai champloo (same creator of cowboy bebop) and baccano! from amazon and i downloaded:

claymore
darker than black
durara
jojo's bizarre adventure

just started baccano! and holy shit that was a lot to absorb in the first episode...seen any of these?

yes i seen all but jojo' bizzare adventure. Claymore and Darker than black first season are amazing. the 2nd season o darker than black is just soso but man the first season is something amazing. Champloo is pretty damn good but not as good as bebop.

Seconding Hunter X Hunter, I think its about one of the only anime shows that I did like aside from FMA. Never really gave very many a fair shake though, just had to be different and watch something besides DBZ/Naruto. HXH was the one recommended to me.

out of those i've seen berserk, advent children (it's computer animated though), and hellsing (is ultimate something different?) and i like them all.

Hellsing Ultimate is the OVA version based on the manga more and its just absolutely amazing animation its still ongoing its like 6-8months between episodes, the final one comes out in december of this year. its in my top 5 anime of all time.
