i would drop your 2 in impending victory and put them in hold the line. I would also drop thunderstruck for shield specialization. i have that maxed on my warrior as a tank and since you will be focused as FC you will have huge amounts of rage that you can use for more spell reflects or damage.
Also second wind accounts for about 750 health each second for 10 seconds at 150k. you may want to put those points elsewhere. your looking a 1500 in the span of a normal cast. It really wont help you. Also you may want to change victory rush glyph with shield reflection. One second is pretty big on a cast that could take 20k of your life. Blood craze may or may not be worth it. I would run recount and test the healing is about the only thing i would suggest. at 150k health its 900 health a second. So if you have both Blood Craze and second wind it would be 3300 health returned for a two second cast against you. I would personally think that these would not be enough to take these talents. PS victory rush wont be that big for you as a FC since you are prot and wont be doing much killing. Dont get me wrong as prot can do decent dps but as the FC you will be focusing on support/staying alive/running.

You should be leveling instead of looking at specs. You can do this when you are AFK'ing for honor gear in BG's.

looks good. Me personally i wouldnt take blood craze and i would put them in war acadamy but that is strictly personal preference cause i like bigger devistates. But i think that will be very suitable for pvp.
Tip if you havent done it yet. Make a mosueover macro for intervene. #showtooltip Intervene /cast [target=mouseover, exists] [help] [target=target] Intervene that way you can cast intervene on the mouseover without losing your target. Really helps out a lot for mobility.
