a friend just sent me this he is watching blizzcon I think.
hots: Leavers In a future update, if you leave a game early. You will be flagged as a leaver. There will be a UI for this. if you are flagged, you get put on teams with other leavers. They will let you get out of this group. Just stop leaving games.
