Some say it an Argon ship and there are others floating around on the other continents.
Doing a little more research i found that this type of "sky whale" is in a lot of Korean media.

Yeah, I saw all that. It's all just speculation though. I think the person that said that it was just decoration is probably right, sadly. Pretty cool, nonetheless.
