I haven't purchased a PS4, but this game could sway me over the edge. From Demon Souls and Dark Souls producer, who is much darker and sinister than the DS 2 producer. Anyway, if anyone plays it, post up a review please!

Dark souls 1. Have Demon souls, never got a chance to play it much, liked it tho. Getting the Dark souls 2 on ps4 later on this year.

I haven't had too much time to play, a few hours here and there. Getting way more into the swing of the game. Beat Father Cascoigne last night.
Was brutal at first, did some research on him, then was able to crush him. Felt good.

Love this game. Chalice dungeons are cool, except the rewards seem kinda lame so far.
I think I'm about 5/8ths of the way through it right now. Only play a few hours a day usually. But there has been a few 8 hour stretches.

In the DS games I was always sword and board. No shields this time around so you have to be aggressive. It was tough at first but now I can wreck shit. Also the parry system is pretty cool. Way easier for me than before.
Not as many weapons as the other games, but the gem system makes up for it. No upgrading armor this time which seems weird, especially as I'm currently drowning in the low level shards.
Bosses are the usual DS tough shit, so rewarding when you finally kill them. 1 shot a boss once that was pretty rad.
I've read of a few people buying a PS4 because of this game.
