Nothing new you should read the Warlock forums, its a mix of Warlocks quitting and just about every other class coming to the forums to say nerf Warlocks more. Little to no thought in most of the posts on any Blizzard forum.

no the point is people didnt realize that talents were reset on ptr so everyone with concussion on live didnt have it on ptr so they thought it was nerfed.
