FPS Issue

Capped FPS in Ironforge/SW/Darn
Can't top 30 on Isle of Quel/Shattrath/New world
Mod/addon problem?
Video settings low/normal
Ran the repair, nothing wrong with files.

2GB DDR3
2.66 Quad Core
8800 GT 512mb

I run the same setup but with 2 512s and have no issues.

just certain spots in BC are really choppy (Shattrath especially, some Isle of Quel spots). Don't know if its on my end or on WoW.
