Rift Revisited
Fired up Rift today. Was curious how it'd look on the new video card with the settings all maxed. Still looks great. Its art style felt a little retro-y now after revisiting Tera. Still a fun game though, and being F2P doesn't interfere with the gameplay experience (so far).
The unfortunate part is their cash shop goes way beyond cosmetic items. You can buy full end-game raid gear, consumables, etc. Disappointing. Can't imagine it's very motivating to play end-game PvE as a result. They added housing too, which seems really well done. It's instanced, very much like Wildstar. And like Wildstar, you have full creative control over the items you can craft and place in there, where you place them, and even rescale them as desired. Not sure if there are any bonuses you get from the housing, so it could just be all cosmetic. They also have a follower/mission system very similar to WoW's garrison. I always considered Rift a shockingly similar WoW-clone. Funny to see how true it still remains.

Yeah, Chloro was the class I chose when I first played back in '11. Always loved healers that heal based on damage done. The blood mage in Vanguard was similar, and I loved that. I'm playing a Cleric this time around for something a little different. There are souls that heal on the same premise, only melee focused.
